Russia’s Federal Customs Organization about Iran-Russia trade announced in a report that Iran and Russia had $ 945 million and $ 181 thousand in trade in the first six months of 2018. This figure was 208 million and 503 thousand dollars or 28.3 percent than the first six months of 2017.
In the first half of 2018, the volume of exports from Russia to Iran was 629 million and 26 thousand US dollars, and this index shows an increase by 120 million and 335 thousand dollars or 23.65 percent in 2017 compared to the same period in 2017.
Iran’s exports to Russia in the first half of the year were 315 million and 920 thousand dollars, up from 88 million and 168 thousand dollars, or 38.71 percent, compared to the same period last year.
In the first half of 2018, Iran’s share of foreign trade in Russia was 0.2877 percent.
The index was 0.2746 percent in the same period last year. Iran ranked 47th in the first six months of this year in terms of the share of countries in foreign trade. In the same period last year, Iran ranked fifth.
Iran’s share of Russian exports in the first six months of this year was 0.2951 percent, and the figure for the same period last year was 0.3042 percent. In the first half of this year, Iran’s share of imports in Russia was 0.2440 percent, and at the same time in 2017, the index was 0.2255.
